Group Walking Holidays with Collett's
Collett's can offer great flexibility to groups and clubs that come to walk in the Dolomites. You can use our Dolomites-based team of (mainly British) walk leaders as much or as little as you like. Their friendly and informative input comes completely free of charge. You tell us what you want and we will provide - within reason!
We also place particular emphasis on supporting you, the organiser, with all pre-departure planning and arrangements (as required or requested by you). We understand and sympathise with the challenge and pressures you have taken on in organising a holiday/trip for other people and we endeavour to eliminate any worries you might have by being flexible, efficient and interested in your plans, so that we can help ensure the complete success of your venture.
Some groups prefer to walk independently.

In the evenings over a sociable drink you can glean guidance and information from our walk leaders and consequently put together a succession of memorable days out.
We can create and tailor a programme of walks to
  meet your requirements and preferences.

You can either do these independently or in the company of a dedicated member of our walks team.
Groups with varying levels of fitness and different
  interests.

These can disperse during the day and join the walks and activities we organise for our other guests. Five days a week we organise the following and members of your party are welcome to go along and join in free of charge.Simply drop into 'Office Hour' and arrange to take part in whatever takes your fancy. This is what is on offer five days a week to all our guests whether you are staying in Arabba, Corvara or Pedraces:

Moderate Walks

A stunning (occasionally 'Easy') walk for the intermediate walker often through upland meadows and on wooded or riverside trails. Some take place on the easier high level routes. See Low Level Walking in the Italian Dolomites.
High Level / Harder Walks

A more demanding route on the spectacular high level trails in and around the nearby massifs. See High Level Walking in the Italian Dolomites.
Via Ferrata

The choice of two Via Ferrata, one usually more challenging than the other, both exhilaratingly high and unforgettable. See Via Ferrata in the Italian Dolomites.
Wildflower Walks

Walk with our flower expert through vivid pastures and on carefully selected routes where rare species flourish. See Wildflower Walks in the Italian Dolomites.

office hour
Each early evening (except Wednesday) we hold ‘Office Hour’. More relaxed than its name suggests, some people just drop in for a sociable drink to share the day's experiences with friends, who may have been doing other things. Here you can join up for the following day’s organised walks, Via Ferratas, painting etc. You can browse through maps and ask questions.
If planning an independent itinerary, we will happily help and advise. We can also book other mountain pursuits for you, such as rafting, paragliding, horseriding etc.. It is also ideal for meeting like-minded people in a sociable atmosphere and this can have pleasant repercussions. Often walkers, climbers, Via Ferrata-ists or families will team up for a day out as a result of dropping in. Office Hour is between 6.00 - 7.30pm. In Arabba, come to Café Peter opposite the church. In Corvara, we use the bar at Chalet Bracun. In Pedraces, the bar at Haus Valentin.
